These conditions and provisions govern all business processes, manufacturing contracts and supply between " modern ants " and their government and corporate clients. The request for a price offer or a baptism of the purchase order (PO) is an explicit consent to be bound by all the following items:
1. Engineering provisions and commencement of production (Production)
Adoption of models: No project shall be included in production lines except after formal written or electronic certification by the client on the prototype (in sample) or the final engineering scheme.
Amendments: Any request for modification of technical specifications or design after final adoption and commencement of the process of industrialization will be subject to technical assessment and may entail additional financial costs and an extension of the agreed schedule.
2. Specialization and recovery policy
Given the nature of our work, which depends on the full allocation of products (e.g., memorial shields, fancy institutional gifts, geographical and engineering features), the client is not entitled to cancel the request or recover the financial payments made once the project enters the actual implementation phase and purchase the raw materials.
The policy of recovery or replacement is limited to clear plant defects that are different from the pre-approved sample and must be reported within a maximum of 3 working days from the date of receipt of outputs.
3. Technical specifications and operational flexibility
Modern Hope commits to present the highest quality standards in all its outputs. In order to ensure the sustainability and efficiency of products, we reserve the operational right to replace certain standard or traditional components (such as standard iron components) with more robust and highly affordable alternatives (e.g. copper bars, zinc or pure acrylic) without prejudice to the visual identity agreed upon in the code of conditions.
4. Timetables and supply processes
The schedules presented in the quotations prepare precise operational plans, and the implementation period begins to be calculated from the date of the final adoption of the model and receipt of the financial instalment submitted, rather than from the date of the issuance of the price offer.
Modern Anamel is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to late response by the client, late appropriations or compelling circumstances beyond operational will.
5. Financial conditions and payment methods
All contracts shall be subject to a pre-agreed institutional payment mechanism (a start-up advance payment and a final payment upon receipt), unless a credit facility agreement is concluded or an implementation contract is signed through approved government procurement platforms (e.g. a credit facility platform).
Anmal retains full title to products until the final balance of the project is paid.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, engineering schemes and production forms created by our operational teams remain exclusive ownership of modern agents, and the client is not entitled to reproduction or use with other manufacturers without prior written authorization.
